You judge software only based on it's interface? What can I say?
FlowerPower to you too :D

LOL. why do u think i'm using winxp over winme??? :D :D :D :D
Easy CD Creator does everything i want, but nero does have that "verify data" option and it does do overburning very well, which ECDC4 doesn't do at all...
i'll take winxp and nero anyday
winxp cause it's more stable
and nero cause it doesn't seem to give me any coasters (even tho easy cd creator came with my burner)
amatures use easy cd creator :)
nero rules..........simple as that

I've got a better idea: I'll sit my butt down and learn how to code. How does a program sound with "gothic" windows, meanders and little rosebuds all around? Pink fonds maybe? Don't you dare to question it's functionality it'll burn coasters while still looking beautiful when it locks the system up :D

Why make it difficult when "easy" works just as good?
I use Easy to write some downloaded shit. Use CDR-Win to copy discs...

cause Nero burns most of the different formats out there:)
including .BIN (cdrwin) which most ISOs are packed in......
also it can encode vcd and svcd (cd creator can't)
also nero is good for PSX copy (even if there are more powerful applications for it)
In short,I'm using NERO and CLONE CD,all you need :)
They both suck... neither of them read ISO's. Nero and their freakin Bin Que crap!

I fonally got my crap figured out with NTI, so I'm updating to version 5 of that for XP. Looks pretty cool. I've been using NTI CD Maker Pro since it came on my Memorex 2x2x6, heh.
Adaptec is ok, nice and simple, easy for the masses, but I think NTI has more and better options.
I tried checking Nero out once, installed the trial, and the very first time I started it, it told me my time had expired. Uhm, 'K, it was on and back off my system within 5 minutes, heh.

I use Easy CD Kreator and Clone CD. PERIOD.
:)
Having the word "PERIOD" at the end of one's statement is exhilirating! Let me try it again...
Labat is a touch zealous on the subject -- PERIOD!
Wheee! Wheee, I say...

Which one? Cause the ver I have of nero, which I thought was that, didn't burn ISO's. And the very of CD Creator I have dosen't either. They both do that stupid BIN QUE crap. Fireburner GL however, does ISO's nicely. And clone CD is the best for doing a CD copy.

Hmmmmm maybe some birdies flying around through the interface. A small touch of 3D wouldn't hurt..... :D

well ok u all win i decided to install nero 5.5.6.4 or whatever and it is quite good. i can't believe how much overburning ROCKS!
to copy cd's i use CLONECD (the most perfect program ever written - even though my writer isn't fully supported by it, but that is LG's fault, who wont release updated firmware, the bastards)
and i use fireburner to burn ISO or .CUE files cos when i was using ECDC4 it wouldn't burn it.
I used Fireburner myself before I found out that Nero could handle those files to :)
If you don't know how, here's a qiuck guide.
start nero then don't select anything just hit cancle.
select file and choose burn image.
be sure to check "all filetypes" and you're ready to burn:)

thank's i'll check it out!
Overburning ROCKS! the only problem is it says "could not finilize disc at once" or some shit at the end. but, the disc still works fine!
(DivX files i'm talking about here - the files were 708 MBs)

Easy CD Creator 4 was okay, but it doesn't do everything I need.
Easy CD Creator 5 didn't work at all (it wouldn't use the ASPI layer, even though I forcefully installed it), and rendered my friend's Win2K installation useless after I tried to uninstall it.
I haven't tried Nero yet, but it looks like it's my only decent choice in burning software.

I don't use anything. My friend is the one with the CD-R, and I believe he's using Nero right now.

You should check out NTI CD Maker Pro 2000 v.5, does all that crap, .iso's, overburn, live audio recording, video, just updated finally to 5 for XP, and it's nice.
