Edit: Wow, there they are... who says wishing doesn't work!

I'm likin' it fella... very nice indeed. The colour contrasting works well... I especially like the shades of blue/water.

Don't those guys realise it's pretty hard to claim you're NOT Yakuza in court with a tattoo like that? I mean, that tattoo is all the proof you need right there

I doubt I'll ever get a tattoo myself... maybe something small and simple, on my shoulder or upper back somewhere, maybe the Texas Star like this. (http://www.customtiledesign.net/images/focusontexas/TX-Star-tile-web.jpg)

The dragon looks good though, and it's good to see that you went to a talented tattoo artist.

I know someone who wanted a dragon tattooed on his back, with the tail going down his upper arm... He got it, but he had some amateur tattoo artist do it, and he messed up the tail... badly. Since it was the one visible part of the tattoo, it looked horrible... I bet he was kicking himself in the ass afterward.

ouch yeah, it all comes down to the artist and of course ink-quality.

all together I must have spent days talking to several artists, checking out studios and "tools" the past few times I been there... nothing beats a little research, after all its gonna stick around forever :)

back at home now and it is healing up nicely already, pretty much 90% of the excessive ink and dead skin came off, now the colors are starting to really shine.

gonna get a few more shots when it is all healed up, much better to see!

anyway, for all its worth, Siam Ink in Patong is def the place to check out, Ong has serious skills.
