hmmm, just one? I didn't like much "test field" , but I don't have a favorite, the robot almost iron man batman was funny/cool, dark creepy stuff was cool, from crossfire

I liked Field Test; although it was a little 'strange' looking at first... very slick as I remember.

They were all pretty damn good but the sewer episode (can't recall the name) was probably my favourite; amazing style and writing, the last line/image was just fan-fucking-tastic.

Deadshot FTW, but then I'm a massive Yoshiaki Kawajiri/Madhouse fanboy and while Kawajiri didn't direct it himself, it was extremely obvious the person that did went completely with his style/character designs (also see: Ninja Scroll/Vampire Hunter D/Highlander *somethingsomething* Vengeance and one of my alltime favorite anime: Wicked City)

The only segment I didn't like was the one where he goes to India *yawn*. And while I'm no fan of the Tekkonkinkreet-animation style, I really like the first segment as well "Have I got a Story for You"...

Catching the tail end of An American Werewolf in London, such a great movie, such bad effects and acting, heh. Just had the massive car crash scene near the end, the cars just kept coming, somehow going too fast even though there was no room for them to go that fast, heh. But of course they had to be going fast to cut people in half and decapitate people and run over the heads lol, man that was such a bad scene, heh.

Someone should redo this movie, mostly shot for shot, a little better dialogue, some much better acting and far better special effects. At least it would be worth remaking, not like most of the crap they remake.

watched this movie called The Dead tonight. took me a long time to get thru it because i didn't know how to take it. i kept pausing it. it was about zombies in africa and at 105 mins long i swear, if it had 10 minutes of dialogue, i might be lying. but it was kinda cool and way better than all the other zombie junk i've seen over the years that wasn't made by a name director. it was just really weird. the lack of dialogue really threw me off. but in all honesty, it was true to what i've read in many zombie stories of late. especially the zombies. they were silent and fearsome which is what i'd expect them to be. and omg the crawlers in this movie were scary as fuck. and they would be for real if they were real. what you can't see immediately is always more danger than what ya can see.

anyway still not sure how i feel about it but it did leave an impression. and the africa location was definitely a new one for me. you might think you'd have it made with all that open space but NOPE! if the zombies don't get ya that fuckin sun will. ;)

It's worth a watch just for the 6th season island storyline. Some of the off island story is interesting in itself, kind of an alternate universe possibility, it's only the way they tie it all up at the end that kills it.

However, I had no problem with the island storyline wrap up, it was decent, you should watch it.

I tried watching Ted online, couldn't do it. Got about a third of the way through and just shut it off. Couldn't take the voice, he just did Peter from Family Guy, and I've never liked the character. Just turned me off, plus the premise wore thin faster than I expected it to.

"World's Greatest Dad" also directed by Bobcat Goldthwait. It's about this guy (Robin Williams) whose son dies in a very embarrassing way. So he makes it look like a suicide, and fabricates a suicide note, to spare his son's dignity. Not really a funny movie, but it does have a few funny moments so far.

Huh, I was watching Brimstone, and gosh Teri Polo is hot as Detective Ash, and did some IMDB searching.

Turns out the shows creators, who are buds, also did another favorite of mine, Sleeper Cell! (and I just started watching that on Netflix)

The two shows have some things in common concept-wise and I was amused also to see the blind priest from Brimstone in a cameo in episode one of SC.

Another cameo was by the young guy who plays Jesse on Breaking Bad.

I think the blond jihadist in SC is the guy Walt, Jesse, and Mike used for that thing on Breaking Bad.

More Trivia: Peter Horton, Detective Stone from Brimstone, was also the show's producer. Young looking, he was like 48 and playing a guy thirty something (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0092492/)*.
