Lemme guess, he put the gun to his head , shot, but missed... Of course he then turns into a vampire but can keep his bloodlust under control by using that stuff that black chick invented...

It looked pretty corny to me too :D but I rented it one day for the halibut. I thought it was pretty awesome though going in with low expectations. Give it a shot, it's really pretty cool.

Blade 2? Well....the first one wasn't good enough for me to pay movie theater prices for a sequel. I'll wait for a reantal:)

The guy was near death and was stolen by a vampire gang.
They made him into a vampire and dropped him into a huge vat of blood to live on. When Blade finds him , they(blade & Whistler) use a special serum to return the old guy back to human.
