wow i didn't realize the pic was so large lol
not all that large file size wise, but large in actual viewing size. the windows picture viewer makes it fit the screen so it was alot smaller lookin i thought.

Yes indeed it is
Im not positive on this but i have a pretty strong belief that this picture was drawn/cg colored by Satoshi Urushihara. He is the guy behind the artwork to the Plastic Little anime and well as the Lemnear (sp) video game. I have a whole ton of his artwork (alot which i cannot show on this forum lol). While he is an incredibly talented artist, he doesn't have a thing for breasts. Alot of the pics are PG rated and are just awesome tho. I may post a few of those later.
I have another pic he drew of chun li (PG13) and some other pictures from Plastic little and Maps (i dont think he did the artwork for the anime MAPS but he did a fanpic of it it seems).
