View Full Version : why won't email notification stay off, it sucks

Email Notification: emails sent to you whenever someone replies. Only registered users are eligible

it never stays unticked..... as much as i love being spammed everytime someone posts... i think i could live without it

anyone know how to turn it off for good? short of changing my email address to a fake one?

Go to your user cp and unsubscribe from all threads you have replied to. at least i think thats it

i have to do that everytime i forget to unlick the email thing when i reply :).... it's a pain in the ass
be nice if there was an option to turn it off completely

It used to do the same to me but i think if you do that it will stop. If not email slacker and he can fix it.

BTW d00d how ya been ? Great to see ya around again ;p

i've been alright, moved back to my mum's house, so i've got the net back ('sif you can't tell :), tried to gross people out, getting it back slowly.... you still doing that crap where you have to tell idiots how to fix stuff they shouldn't have been doing in the first place? :)

You know it im still talking to our dealers on the tech line and more of those ignorant fuck consumers than i would like.

Last Christmas something similar happened to my counting thread.

I came back off holiday to : " You have 840 unread mail messages"

Good job I had just one week off and not two! LOL
