Woohoo, Best Buy finally got more Eva box sets in

Tuesday is usually a day that businesses get shipments so i thought i'd try finding the box set there. They had 3 of em, 109.99 each. Finally i have one of the best anime series on DVD, full set! :)
i'll be sure to review it and post screenshots once i watch it

Thanks for the heads up. Did a google search and sounds definitely like the anime style I prefer. Just have see if they have it here for rent since I ain't paying over $100 for them.:)

Hey Gibb, could you verify if ADV really put some extra animation for the first chapters? I got the indivudual DVDs and I don't feel like paying for them all over again.

they didnt add anymore animation, it was just remastered. Sounds and looks alittle bit better. It does look pretty sharp, tho i dont know if it looks any better than the 2nd dvd, i've only watched the first one so far.
