Escaflowne Movie

Well I just took the time to watch this after picking up the Ultimate Edition for $40 and I was pretty unimpressed. It seems like they took the whole 26 eps. TV Series and condensed it down to 1 and a half hours. I'll post a full review when I have time.

that's what i heard from one of my coworkers. The movie is like the series only most of the badguys are takin out and all but two of the armors are takin out. I still have the box set on hold for me at work but i dont know if i'll get it for a while. I dont have much money and i have to get the Ranma 1/2 1st season and 2nd season box sets really quickly. (they're under 100 dollars and i get a 25% discount on those. The discount is gonna change to 20% pretty soon tho so i need to get those fast). The discount right now for things over 100 dollars is 10% but it's changing to 20% pretty soon. So i'll get escaflowne after that.

work for it, but right now i'm pretty much completely out of cash. I only have enough money right now to get the Ranma 1/2 3rd season box set, and i really need to get it today because i'll get a 25% discount on it today. If i wait a week i will only get a 20% discount cause the discount drops at Gamestop.

BTW today is july 30th which means the Berserk Vol 2 dvd and Ranma 1/2 3rd season box sets are able to be sold. We got em both in at Gamestop awhile ago but i couldnt buy em til today.

I know what you mean with money on boxsets. Since I had to borrow money from Verm to get the escaflowne limited edition boxset. I am paying him back by getting him the first 2 Ranma 1/2 boxsets.

Cash is so hard to come by now..

I got Berserk #2 on the 24th :headbang:. Both Hellsing #1 w/ slipcase & Berserk #2 were shipped on the 22nd.

hmmmm maybe Berserk was a 22nd release. I didnt really check too closely. My manager let me check it out the day it came in but i thought it couldnt be sold til the 30th. Oh well i got it now anyway :)

The official release was today, but I got it early. I have no problem if it is shipped early. Hellsing's release date was the 23rd but was shipped the 22nd.
