i've heard that it's Very, very good, but i have yet to see it myself. It has very old style lookin animation. Either it's cause it's really old or just made to look old. Whatever the case i've only heard good things about it and have always wanted to see it myself.

Just came out on DVD recently, that's why it's kind of in the scene at the moment.

I've seen it
you prolly heard that it was "very, very good" from a non-anime fan. cause it's quite impressive if you haven't seen anime before.
otherwise, it's quite average. all in all though, I'd still say watching it is better than staring at a wall, so go rent it. But I tend to be a bit too cynical, so if anything, it may be better than I say it is. so rent it!
