I couldn't stand it anymore so i ran out and used the 25 buck gift card my bro gave me and picked it up. I have played about an hour or so into the game and i have to say... omfg.

The graphics are incredible. I just purchased a flaming long sword from the shop and i'm runnin around slicin through the undead. The lighting and shadows are awesome and the camera is fully rotatable. You cannot zoom in or out or tilt the camera up and down but you can spin it 360 degrees.

The sound is also just incredible. You can hear rattling chains and cinders from the torches falling on the ground. The explosions and battle sounds are just awesome. Unlike some games (for example Dynasty Warriors 3) your character doesn't make the same retarded grunt everytime she/he swings her/his weapon. Occasionally she will talk trash to the monster she's about to kill but you primarily hear the flesh rippin sound of the sword or blunt whack of the club. The music is very awesome as well.

Gameplay, also awesome. Weapon attacks and magic spells are a sinch to pull off. It's a bit hard to aim a bow but that just makes it more realistic. In case you're wondering how the fighting is, it is nothing like the BG games for PC. you do not point with a pointer to move your character, the character moves more like in a platformer game. If you've played dynasty warriors the battle plays similar to that. You have full movement controls and you control each swing of the sword.

So far the story is pretty cool and the voice acting is very awesome compared to some of the sh!t i've seen in other games.

If i were to rate this game 1-10 i would give it a 9.5. I may move that rating up or down depending on how the game progresses but at the moment this is an awesome game.

Just beat the game. It was incredibly awesome but too short. Found a ton of awesome weapons at the end that i cant even use now, oh well i'll have to play through it with slacker and see how the coop is.

i think it was well worth the money, it was short but there are 3 characters with a completely different spell/fighting class of skills. Plus you can have 2 player coop which would be dope. I beat the game on easy so it just might be longer if i play it on normal. I doubt it but it did seem to end very abruptly.

They must be making room for a sequal.

Well i hope this isn't really a spoiler but the game ends sort of like Diablo2 classic ended, which a cliffhanger FMV ending. So there will definately be a sequel, or at least some sort of expansion (i dont know if ps2 games can even have expansions but oh well)

Sure, just use the IR port on the PS2 to upload the expansions from the Toy's R Us POX machines.

For those of you that havent got this game for the PS2, go out and get it :D It really is a site to behold. I agree that the game may be slightly shorter than it could have been, but I think its the fact that the game just grabs you and begs you to keep playing that partially makes it feel that way. After its done, you are left wanting more.

lol Gibb! You could copy and past your review over to www.pcgr.com LOL! :D :D :D

I wrote some reviews there but they got deleted :( Apparently they don't know brilliance when they see it. Oh and also they don't like people getting off topic and drawing life lessons from computer games. :D
