ATI Unified Linux Drivers

This is really a Dual Linux/This board topic, but anyway...

...

I take back all the mean things I've said about ATI in the past. The last unified Linux drivers really are full featured and capable. OpenGL applications run very nicely, and I've got S3TC, vertex/pixel shaders, etc...

So, 3 cheers for ATI with there last driver release, hopefully they'll continue at the same or similar level.

yea I am always glad to see another company offring some support for linux.. unfortunetly they dont cover my regular radeon :(,,just the 8500 and up ....in mandrake 9.0 I get a error when trying to instsll and havent sorted it out yet . i'll keep trying tho ..............
