Conan the Barbarian - Special Edition DVD

I finally managed to find and buy a copy of this, one of my favorite films. Is it just me, or is there a number of extra scenes in this DVD version. I kept seeing things i didnt remember from all the times i've seen the film, the one that stood out the most is the scene just before the final battle with Conan talking to Subitai about the spring wind and remembering his childhood with his father. Was that scene in the usual version, if it was i just cant remember it.

Can anyone point out where (if any) other extra scenes are ?
