I bought BGII, and boy was I disappointed :( I went out and bought another new game the same day, which was Undying. Great game, spoooooky :)

Finished Metal Gear on second hardest diffculty, starting the hardest now. Back on CS a little, and of course, as always, Tribes 1 :cool:

I am still playing tribes 1. I know its old but it is still the best. I have tribes 2 bt it wont run in my voodoo 5 under win2k :(

No shame in playing tribes 1, the game owns.

Noodles, have you tried it with newest patches and Wicked GL betas? It was almost playable on my PII 350 W/ V3 2000, so I'm sure it'll work for you. Actually, GibbBoy has been able to play it on his V5 with latest patch and WGL drivers.

You can get em here (http://www.wicked3d.com) once they're out of beta, but I can't remember where the betas are. I'll look em up if you need em, just post again.

Hmmm....
I just got Blade of Darkness, thought it would be good for a few moments of hack and slash fun, and it has been. It's not what you'd call a chart topper game, the controls are annoyingly awkward and it's only in D3d so the graphics are glitchy.

Also been playin Summoner (PC), which is a pretty swete ass game. For those into RPG's it's a real winner. Great story, cool real time battle system and the graphics... ohh baby :)

OH and as always i'm still playin Tribes1, just havent for a few days.

So, I installed MYTH II just to see how it runs......Great! I've been playing it for a few days now. Excellent game (for a RTS) ;)

I like getting the RTS games before everyone else, finding a really cheap unit that no one usually defends against winning three times with my lan buddies, then never playing the game again. LOL :D

Cossacks is pretty cool, very in depth and many upgrades to chose from.

I'm not a fan of racing games, but this one just blew me away. The graphics, the sounds, the controls are top notch. If I want to get some new track to race on, just go to Multiplayer menu and in 2-3 seconds the new track is downloaded and ready for action. Game runs in D3D, Open GL and 3Dfx GL. I picked up the demo yesterday. My kids love to race in Monster Truck Madness (1 and 2), so thought they might like it. You're right, graphically rich and smooth. I was surprised to find video options of D3D, OGL and Glide. Needless to say, on my V3 it ran really well in native Glide. Oh yeah, the kids love it too. :D ;)
