I don't have it yet, I don't think it's out here already (Belgium), but I'm planning on doing some shopping on friday, so I'll keep my eyes open...

It's probably only worth it if you expect nothing more than a short add-on to the original Half-Life. I'll buy it anyway becuase it's the perfect excuse to complete HL and Opposing Force again too...

Some of the reviews in various magazines that I've read talk about how short the game is. I'd say, if you have to play every game in the half-life series than you should get it. Otherwise there's a ton of new games out there pleading for your attention.

I had heard that is was like 5-10 hrs of game play, but i was curious to see the improvements with the upgraded graphics. I just started playing half-life again. damn that game is good.

the higher definition models is probably one of the main reasons to get the game. It upgrades Half-Life, Opposing Force, and Blue Shift. It really is short, but it's not that bad. I guess you can spit out a couple of bucks if you want to play a quick 10 hr game and replay half-life with better models.

Ok, I made up my mind about it: I'm not going to buy it! Why? Because the Blue Shift cd-rom contains Opposing Force as well. And I already have that, so I end up paying for that once again... They should've made it cheaper and left out Opp Force... Their fault, not mine!

you could always download it from the net, and if you like it, then buy it. I've never personally done anything like that of course, but the game is really fun :) so I hear.

Opposing Force is not adding that much to the price, let me ask you this, if you wanted to buy a game that came with an accessory, like Donkey Kong 64, which comes with the required Expansion Pak, and you already had it, even tho the price of the game is no different than if it came without it, you are getting the Expansion Pak for free, would you still refuse to buy it?,

Ack, it's a moot point anyway... I bought it already :) I was shopping for DVD's and games yesterday and saw it... It was pretty cheap, so I bought it :)

Lol, was just wondering about that, for me, getting something I already have is not a big deal if it adds little to no extra cost, for example, I have Unreal, and would not hesitate to plunk down $10 for Unreal Gold, just for the expansion, but they are both on one CD, so I could not install the expansion by itself with my copy, and I would rather have them on separate CD's,

if you kept your opposong force reciept(like who does that). you can get $10 back from sierra.

You also have to send in the actual game, for that I would tell them to kiss my ass,
