Cowboy Bebop: Knockin' on Heaven's Door is an awesome movie. I have had it for about a year and two months. As soon as it comes out on DVD, I am buying it. Cowboy Bebop: Knockin' on Heaven's Door came out in theaters in 2001 in Japan.

If you are talking about the live-action movie, I don't know crap about it.

Cowboy Bebop: Tengoku no Tobira (Knocking on Heaven's Door) will be released in the US in late spring 2003. It was released in Japan on Sept 11th 2001 and takes place between the TV series episodes 22 and 23. (source: Newtype USA)
