According to the following link: www.theregister.co.uk/content/7/18572.html (http://www.theregister.co.uk/content/7/18572.html) it has been confirmed today that because of the economy and a couple of stock mistakes on their part (or at least that's how I read it) Creative took a loss of $100 million for the last financial quarter. This is not the beginning of the end for Creative mind you, this is just what I just said. That is all. Out!

Everything has to do with nvidia, when a friend of mine stubs his toe for example, he says "G O D D A M N I T, NVIDIA!"

Leave NVIDIA out of that one. With the exeption of sound cards, I had most of the times just bad experiences with Creative's products, not to mention software or even support.
They should get more into gear and start caring a bit more about quality in their products and their customers.
If you scr*w with my wallet several times as a customer, you won't see much of me after it. If you think I'm alone, than just blame the 100million$ loss on NVIDIA..... :D

NO, Don't leave nVidia out of this one.
Creative a fair chunk of 3dfx in shares. I wonder if that was one of their stock mistake.

I know it's a filthy business, but for heaven's sake there's not necessarily behind any mischief of a company's financials, automatically a conspiracy.
Any proof to this? However with the exeption of sound cards, Creative's stuff still sux0rs according to my experience.... :rolleyes:

and also i did get an email back from their tech support quite quickly.
