Win XP how to stop the net passport from launcing

Well I have about got everything tweaked except every time the computer starts I get the baloon about the net passport. How do I stop it?

What did you do to get rid of it? I just installed a new HD and went back to XP Pro, but decided NOT to install that blasted Net-Pasport thing again.

I thought it was .NET

in other words the "Dot Net passport."
