works great... no probs so far

the only prob i had, was when i went to update the driver from microsofts webpage, for some reason it didn't work, it just like unistalled my driver, was asking me to point were it was at and so forth (stupid windows update)

anyways.. the interferance was anoying.. but i muted the CD volume and it went away, so now its all good...first onboard audio i like...

Dont update drivers thru stupid Windows Update... not EVAH!!!!!

just get stuff from your stuff´s manufacturer, or if they dont update often, just reference drivers from the chipset makers...

btw, iirc the Asus board had something different that prevented nvidias reference drivers from working... so you had to stick with Asus´s.... (or so i read once...)

Nah, that was fixed ago. Now it only affects the Chaintech board:

* Audio drivers will not install on the following nForce2 products: Chaintech 7NJS. Please use the drivers that come with these products to enable audio functionality.
