I missed it, but I wanted to see it. Heard it has like the best first 10 minutes in a movie ever (well, not exactly, but it's supposed to be pretty amazing nonetheless), but loses that atmosphere along the way...

I'll see it soon on DVD I hope...

Now YOU know how it feels, for once :P

Thank god for the Matrix Reloaded synchronized release. More movies should be released that way. It may help piracy, and we don't have to wait so long :D SW Epi 1 was out here 3 MONTHS after the US release... Madness!

No because no one in the states really cared about it until the ads came out this month. BTW is it even the same movie?

I for one just can't understand why there is not the original english version at ANY theatre over here...only the french one. Just can't stand french versions....the only movies I go see in french are the movies like Monsters Inc, Shrek, Nemo etc. They sound funnier in french, dunno why :P

28 Days later is a pretty good low budget flick.

Everything was shot on a low to mid range DV Camera so it has that raw edge to it's photography.

Ok people who've seen the movie, I got a question.

What were the infected doing in that church? My better half says they were eating the dead bodies while I say they were just sleeping

Pretty decent flick.

GrimFaceOfReality:

I don't think they were eating. In fact didn't they end up dying at the end of the movie for that very reason? I thought they were just kind of gathered there (at the church). That was my understanding (or misunderstanding, depending on your view).

well, I just saw it tonight, and its definitely one of the scariest movies I have seen in a while. I thought it was a good movie, i didnt have any expectations cause i didnt really know what it was about going into the movie, but i liked it.

That's what I said too, Tech.

Anyway, why weren't infected attacking each other?

we sw it last night, i really enjoyed it.

the church scene was about the whole congegation going through a mass suicide i thought. the infected were there because they had become infected before they all killed themselves, but i may be wrong.

I thought the movie was alright. I saw it with a couple of my friends at the 10:45PM showing (the actually movie started at 11PM) and got out sometime after 1AM. We payed $8.50 each to see that movie. I can't believe I wasted $8.50 to watch an alright film.
