So my friend is home for the weekend from Air Force tech school... I went to see him today, and he said he and his mom were about to leave to go pick up his new car.

Pretty nice car... It's a 2003 Mustang Coupe. It's only got a V6, but it's still got enough power to break the rear wheels loose through gear changes!

"real" car guys usually don't even know the "first" thing about cars.:P

Then they're not "real" car guys.

My friend's '90 v6 (3800 buick) family car could break the rear tyres out all the way to 3rd, so meh.

A v6 mustang coupe is pretty gay, probably a poser.

my car can break the tires loose in 5th gear! ... just requires redlinging it and dropping the clutch and buying a new one every time!

they DO, however, know enough to not buy a 6 cylinder mustang.

Only if money isn't a problem.:P

I wanted really bad a Dodge Dakota R/T, but I couldn't afford one... I had to settle for a V6.:mecry:

It was pretty nice at first, enough torque to nail both me and the passenger into the seat, but after a while even with regular maintainence, the truck has become more and more power lacking... Either I've gotten used to it, or the engine is just wearing out.

Eh, still, I can afford this before too long:

$3999 shipped

This 360 combo will produce 320 rear wheel horsepower and is complete even down to the gaskets. This is all motor, no boost or spray and works great with the stock 360 bottom end and the mild MOPAR converter. It will work with spray or boost also.

Expect mid to low 13teens in regular cabs, high 13teens in club cabs, sticky tires needed!

2.02 ported R/T heads
M-1 2bbl manifold
Flometrics 52 CNC throttle body
KRC 220 camshaft
Mopar Performance PCM
Positive Performance Headers (the best headers for Dodge Magnum Engines)
Ford Motorsports 24 lbs injectors
Roe Racing Controller (awesome, lets you control A/F ratio, even at WOT.)
Mopar Converter
Fel-Pro 1008 head gaskets

It'll mount RIGHT IN, even with the V6 mount... THANKS, Dodge, for making the 3.9L/5.2L/5.9L engine mounts the same. It'll even mount up to the transmission I have now, I just need to get a new torque converter, which the Lightning Killer kit comes with, I believe. Also needed, front coils from a Dakota R/T.

And when more money comes along, this:

"T-56" Heavy-duty 6-spd. transmission.
