With a very very fine rubbing compound and a very very soft rag. Do it nice and slow and easy by hand. It should come off fairly easy.

I've done it before when I've had some overspray and gotten some very nice results. The overspray kind of sorta flakes right off with out too much effort at all. I don't think the compound ever gets a chance to go to work on the hard clearcoat.
OH. Use water. Make sure the surface is good and wet to dilute the rubbing compound and ease friction.

thanks ...., I'll try it this weekend!
Don't take this advice, but I got flat pepsi onetime, and got some adhesive off of my tailgate of my truck... I took the factory "DODGE" decals, and dealership badge off, and it left some glue behind. I needed something to rub it off with, dry rag wasn't doing it. So I found a cup in the garage with some old pepsi, no carbonation left in it. So I used that, it got the adhesive right off, didn't affect the paint at all. :)
But don't take that advice, I think someone took that advice on another board onetime and it really fucked up their paint.
Brake fluid and battery acid
Ive always used a little bit of gasoline or diesel fuel.

Something with mild acidity, like coke, orange juice or diluted vinegar (all could be dangerous depending on the car paint, you might first want to try that on a tiny spot somewhere unseen and see how the car handles it). As Bcrich said, gas and diesel are good at dissolving that stuff as well.

Oh, and it it's not too late - alcohol might work. Again, try in a small spot first.
