Hello Members,
We are thinking about holding a truck raffle. We want to get a feel of who would
buy a ticket for this. We are thinking 20.00 to 25.00 each and would set a make
of say 300 tickets or more depending on the response we get back. The truck will
be:
1996 Dakota Sport Reg Cab, Black, with polished factory rims
Infiniti Radio, AC
Bucket seats w/ console
Factory Bedliner
5.2 V-8, 5 spd Manual trans. 65K miles
3.92 Posi. (New Auburn posi unit)
Doug Thorley Headers
Flowmaster Muffler
Mopar Performance Computer
Underdrive pulleys
K&N filter
Mopar Perf wires
New Radiator and Water Pump
Traction Bars
Very Fast, best et was 14.4 on street tires at Virginia Motorsports Park.
Runs and Drives excellent. Transmission has developed a whine on decel. Probably
an input or output bearing. Does not make noise under load or acceleration.
Clutch works fine, and trans shift with no problem.
IF we can get enough to cover the cost of the truck this will be a go. This is a
great truck and would be fun to have for only 25.00 cost of a ticket. Please

14.4 on street tires, not bad at all! And especially for only bolt-on mods. I might buy a ticket, sounds like it'd be worth taking a chance for.
