I'm watching Naruto and One Piece right now. Once I get through those I'll watch some of my smaller series, like Scrapped Princes, Pita Ten, GTO - Live Action, and Sailor Moon - Live Action.

I am watching Naruto and Full Metal Alchemist. :)

I am also working on the Uncut Sailor Moon Boxset. I have seen the American version but I wanted to see the Japanese version that does not have cut scenes and is chopped up like the American Version.

I am really enjoying Naruto, It reminds me a lot of Flame of Recca and Dragonball Z

ehh, I noticed you put manga on there too Gibb! :)

I have been thinking about starting to read manga. It gives me a idea of what I might get. I really am thinking of getting Ai Yori Aoshi and Magic Knight Rayearth II.

out of the above listed Manga, i'd say Full Metal Panic is the best. For some reason they decided to cut up the manga and create the two TV series, FMP and Fumoffu, but it's all together in the manga. The art is fantastic and ADV did a pretty dang good job translating it.

Ai Yori Aoshi is good, but i dont like the art nearly as much as the style they went with in the TV series.

Oh and i forgot to mention that i'm also reading the RahXephon manga which is better than the TV series so far (less over the top weird, more kawaii).

Anime:

Naruto (I haven't seen the last 5 episodes, I'll probably wait till I'm behind 10 and do a 10 straight episode marathon :D)

One Piece (Awesome series, I think I like it better then Naruto.)

Full Metal Alchemist (How couldn't you like it? ;))

Manga:

Naruto
One Piece

And that's it, the manga I read is the same stuff I watch but I get to see a sneak peak of what's to come in the anime.

Hey, what fansub group are you using for the Naruto eps., 'cause the ANBU-Aone versions have crappy subtitles that are thin and blend in with the backgrounds making the hard to read.

Simian

TW up to episode 50, ANBU-Aone afterwards, I know the subtitles suck, you can try other groups like Baka-San (really bad translation) or Anime Rev (Most are unseeded). Basically, your stuck with ANBU-Aone for the latest episodes, I always preferred Toriyama's World but they are a lot slower unfortunately :(

we wouldnt know what dvds to buy if we didnt get any fansubs ahead of time. Nobody in their right mind would pay 20-30 bucks for a DVD for a series that has 8 dvds if they dont know if it's any good or not. Once you know it's good, you can justify the investment :)

Damn... That is unfortunate. I got all the TW to 50 and started the ANBU-Aone's also. I can tolerate them, but Sylver bitches about how bad they are all the time :P. I'll pick up an episode of the Shin-Otaku stuff and see if it's any good.

Oh well, I guess I'll have to wait 'til they come out on DVD.

Also, Sylver just finished all of the GTO Live Action and says it's really good even though it is J-Drama.

what did you think of Argentosama? You're the only person i've known who's watched it.

Last anime series i completely finished was Narue no Sekai (World of Narue), which i'll give a review of later i suppose. I havent been writing any of my reviews lately cause i was trying to get my Anime review php website up and running, but now that i'm working 45 hours a week i dont have as much time.

i suppose if an entire anime series is shown, i could get in trouble, but if i only ran the first couple episodes of several series, that wouldnt be so bad. People would run out to buy the dvds after being teased with the first couple episodes.

seen any of Miyazaki's other films? Hayao Miyazaki is the Walt Disney of Japan (only with original stories). His other greats are Spirited Away (sen to chihiro no kamikakushi), Kiki's Delivery Service, Castle in the Sky, and My Neighbor Totoro. There are plenty of others, but those are the most famous, and all but totoro are currently out in the US.

yeah i own Spirited Away, seen delivery service. . When i first rented Spririted away i was like this is gonna rule! and then i saw a preview for castle and kiki right before the film started and was like:( uh oh this is gonna suck, but then i was laughing like 1/2 through the film . and by the end i was like this movie rules again. so i convinced my brother to buy it, he disowned it and now its mine
but i i definetely think Princess is the best of the three

er lol i think it's called the Anime Network. I would watch that cept that i dont like to be tied to a schedule. Plus i'm always afraid i'll be flippin to it and see something that will ruin an entire series for me, such as somebody dying or whatever.

I have been recently watching Full Moon wo Sagashite. I have watched through episode 24. If you like Cutesy Anime, then this one is good. From what I hear it has a sad ending though. I am still on One Piece also which I was skeptical about it at first but when you get in the later episodes the characterization and story gets better and better. Currently, Verm and I have finished episode 96. :)

Episode 92 of Naruto, Samurai Champloo (recommend if you like Kenshin and Bebop), Read or Die TV although not much now that new eps aren't out.

I also have 20-something episodes of Gungrave, Get Backers, and Tokyo Underground that I haven't watched much of yet.
