Were the last three storlines ever fleshed out?

There any scripts or synopsesos<?) floating around on what the story of the last three would be? Or is that what all the 'official' novels are based on, or what? As you can tell, I'm not a total 'tard, so I don't know :D

Anyway, it's not like Lucas has never strayed from the story or anything, heh. Leah and Hnas get married, have kids, can act their age, yadda yadda. Blah.

I read a "rumored" scipt for Episode VII... It was obvious bullshit, but it had some really nice sounding stuff in it... Like thousands of followers of Darth Vader in black Stormtrooper armor descending down on Cloud City.

yeah, i think this guy called annikin, who's a litte shit, has like, these children with this hot chick called padme, and she like, dies or something, and annikin's children ar elike, hidden from him, you know?

Then annikin has something bad happen to him and he gets into this cool suit with this breather thing which makes a cool noise and he like turns evil or something.

and they're going to, like, build a death star to kil the rebels or something i'm not really sure and i think the good people win or something and oh yeah star destroyers rock

So I guess you would know as much as anyone here; there never was any publicly released story lines for the last trilogy? No "official" story line, so to speak?

I would like to see one with the original cast back, only older, obviously. Could be focusing on Leah and Hans kids, or Lukes if he had any. I mean, there's all kinds of options there. Everyone in the last movie is going to be either dead or irreversibly changed by the end of the movie, and major charecters of the first trilogy are already dead, so I don't see the big hangup continuing the story line from where EP VI is going to leave off... :dunno:

Leia and Han only got married and had kids in the EU, there's really no telling whether all that would also happen if new films were made set (shortly) after RotJ. Lucas didn't really have that much to do with the books, although (minor Thrawn trilogy spoiler follows)
he apparently did veto Timothy Zahn's idea to use a crazy clone of Obi-wan Kenobi; this character eventually turned into Joruus C'baoth.

I think I recall hearing that Lucas did have some ideas about Episodes VII-IX way back when, but that he threw them out at some point so he could conclude the series with RotJ (if I'm not mistaken, it was mentioned that the Emperor and Vader weren't initially meant to die in Episode VI). I got it off the Internet though, so take that as you will.
