I would make them with puppets and monkeys, then use the voices of the characters from Dawson's Creek.

lol... Itd be funny to hear Harrison Ford with his own "breath like Vader" problem try and be all cool and brave...

edit: and why would you want Peter Mayhew in a CGI thing, you do know he didnt do the Chewie noises, right? :slap:

I think he should shoot them for real. Bring all the opriginal triolgy cast back, just make them their age, let however many years pass needed to catch up, peace be raining, rebuilding the alliance, blah blah, new menace arises, Hans and Leas kids step up, Luke ben off on some bikini biker babe world repopulating the Jedi, you could do something easy. Not like there's any scripts written anywhere. And get different directors for each one with Lucas supervising only.

I like the original crew as much as the next guy, but goddammit they're old and fat now. I'd like to remember them as non-quadriplegics, please.

But why make 7, 8, and 9 when Lucas can make millions by adding a scene of Jar Jar's feet that was deleted from Episode 1 and package it in the Supar Deluxe Edition with Hyper-Sensurround.
