I find it highly offensive and insensitive that you did not address the Jewish community that celebrates Hanukkah, or the African American community that celebrates Kwanza, or the atheists that celebrate the winter solstice. Just the mention of the word "Xmas" even when abbreviated is offensive to non-Christians and I find it appalling.
In addition the shortening of the word to Xmas from Christmas is a slap in the face to Christians everywhere by taking Christ out of Christmas so you have also done them a great disservice.
Also it is not in fact the "New Year" to those that do not follow the gregorian calender and you have marginalized the traditions and customs of those groups.
I expect a formal apology from slackercentral.com or the next communication WILL be from my attorneys.
Thank You :)
Wish your attorneys a merry christmas when you see em.

Don't you mean merry Xmas?

Then they'll sue him; because he obviously won't pick any christian attorneys for that one :bigthumb:

lol, some kid got sent home from school because he wore a santa outfit to the "Holiday Party". The Principal said he was violating "The seperation of church and state" as well as insulting fellow students that aren't Christian.
This country is going down the toilet and it's all because of those that would call opus a commrade. :P

Not as good as this one;

LEXINGTON, Kentucky (AP) -- A teenager is suing her school district for barring her from the prom last spring because she was wearing a dress styled as a large Confederate battle flag.

Whatever each and everyone might understand under "Christmas spirit" there's just no space for political, religious beliefs or any other idiotic hypothetical difference. The message within is the exact opposite.
No it's not your country that get's washed down the toilet, rather the entire humanity paying a visit to the local sewer, just because they still don't dig what it's supposed to be about. Scratch the commercial bullshit that surrounds this particular season of the year, stop thinking wtf separates us from each other and rather consider what could unify us or what we have in common and the picture would be clearer.
That said politicians shouldn't be allowed to make or receive any seasonal wishes at all; take a long hard guess why :bigthumb:
