It'll fail because Bush still doesn't realize that Sharon is alot like Arafat was. Meaning, Sharon doesn't want peace (a lasting peace, anyway). Why else would Sharon continue pushing for new settlements and displacing Palestinians? But I guess that there's nothing Bush can do about it though, since he can't very well oust Sharon. That's something the Israeli people need to address.
