Between McDonald's, and Burger King, who's fries (or chips, for our over the pond friends) do you prefer?, I prefer McDonald's fries,

I like McDonalds better if they are hot and right out of the fryer. If their cold I like BK better because they don't get soggy.. McDonalds has some good fries :D

Despite the fact that McDonald's food is nasty and flat, and incredibly not greasy, and filled with "secret sauce" which is really mayonaise out in the sun... I still prefer there fries over BK, actually its the only thing that keeps me as a MD client, cuz everything else SUX! The best fries i ever had from a fast food joint would have to be from KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken-like-substance-made-with-monkey-embryos) Personally i like to eat at places that don't require one of those cafeteria plates, or come in packaging marked "100% pure beef" when you ordered a McMuffin.

I most prefer Carl's Jr.'s criss cut fries over all the others and my 2nd choice would be Jack-In-The_box's curly fries....... :D

McDonalds used to fry their fries in lard back in the 80's now they add beef flavoring to them.

I also heard that McDonalds fries are seasoned with 50% salt 50% msg.

Do I still eat McDonalds fries? YOU BET!

My favorite fries are the ones with the red seasoned salt lie you get at Hurricane Harbor and Six Flags over Texas. Top it off with the ice creams and waffle cones, and funnel pastry... I will die a happy man with clogged arteries.

Our newspaper on Monday stated that indeed, it's true. MacDonalds adds beef flavouring to their chips (fries).
So, they're headed for a nasty court battle. Or war on India.

Personally, I prefer Wendy's over everything else. Always perfectly crisp, hot and seasoned.

As one who has the displeasure of dining on fast food at least three times a week for the past ten years I can assuredly end the debate with a veto vote for Wendy's. Best fries, nuggets and by far the best burgers...hands down. Drakk, you can delete this thread now as I have spoken. ;) :D

Heh heh, I like Wendy's food, too, especially their fries, big, hot, and yum, lol, but the topic was McDonald's OR Burger King fries, lol, however, I do not like Wendy's chicken nuggets all that much, McDonald's has my vote there, too, ummm, just thinking about a big 20 piece McNugget meal, with BBQ and Sweet and Sour sauce, and a Coke makes me drool, lol, as far as regular cheeseburgers go, (patty, ketchup, mustard, cheese, and nothing else), my favorite is Hardee's, yum, yum, lol,

ok time for my 2 cents worth . MD fries are the best , but then I am from tater country and they are made here . About 10 miles from my house . But a close second is the ones from JB's . I'm from NYC and lived there all my life (26 yrs of it anyway..... :)) and I've never once......never ever seen a roach around my house or any of my friend's. Why does everyone think all of NY is a ghetto? :confused:

OK people, this is really disgusting. The accountant at a job I used to work at told me that she used to work at KFC, and that one time someone left about 10 boxes of chicken out, and flies infested them with maggots. The cook refused to cook them, and the Supervisor said, either you cook them or get another job (something like that). Anyway, the cook refused and quit. He also called in OSHA to inspect, but it was too late. They washed off the maggots and cooked the chicken, and sold it, true story.
