Yep, it's coming! :D All those naysayers out there loyal to the original kept cursing Batman Begins and saying it would never gross enough money for them to even contemplate a sequel. They were WRONG!

Who could play Joker? Here's my first 2 picks:

Mark Hamill (he did the voice of Joker in the Batman Beyond cartoons, which I loved a lot and watched all the time.)

the only important thing he did was Luke Skywalker..........he hasn't done anything significant since thats why so many of his Cameo's involve star wars........

It doesn't say in the article that the Joker will even be in the sequel. For all we know, it could be Clayface, or Croc.

The ending of Batman Begins strongly suggests that it will be Joker.

Batman Begun!~

They should have just done a remake of the comic limited series Batman: Year One.

Then they'd have a solid follow up in Batman: Year Two.

From what I've heard, 2 sequels will be filmed back to back. Joker will be the villain in the second film, and will also introduce Harvey Dent who will turn into two face for the third film. Should be good.

meh, I want Clayface damnit. They should just completely rip off Batman: TAS's Clayface storyline. "Best two-parter ever!" They don't even need a new script...or soundtrack, just rip it straight from the episode. Ron Perlman is Matt Hagan/Clayface in the cartoon, he'd be great for the movie too. Oy! they have to make Clayface completely CGI too, none of that bullshit they did for the Thing in FF...

Tell you what comic would make a great fucking movie would be a 12 issue limited series from DC a while back called The Watchmen.

Ronin would be pretty frickin' cool too.

Nah, but it an older series and you don't see/hear much from limited series after they're over. Damn fine story. Only thing I didn't much care for was the comic book story the kid outside the news shack was reading, seemed to take a lot of space without adding much to thestory, but it was a decent payoff at the end to that side plot.

Rorschach was a frickin' awesome character :bigthumb:
