Dang, good question. I don't think it's "the best", but Paul Revere off of License to Ill sounds totally awesome on some hard hitting subwoofers. They use a crazy reverse bass effect that you just have to hear on a 600 watt car stereo. I've never heard it sound the same on any home system.

As for the best, Sabatoge till the radio KILLED IT! Sure shot still a sure bet. :D
