I've seen it. It's not on TNT (here anyway), it's on FOX.

Yeah, it's sort of like Twilight Zone, or Night Gallery. You have 2 half-hour stories, each with an introduction by Henry Rollins.

Some are better than others, mostly just OK. They do have guest appearances: Lou Diamond Phillips, Bridgette Fonda, the guy who played the President in Independence Day (can't remember his name), Randy Quaid, and many others.
