I bought my oem kyro from these guys, prompt service, good board great price.
But i wouldn't buy oem if I really wanted a return policy.
OEM boards aren't warranted by hercules, and you would probably only get an RMA if it was a dead board (not likely).
17 total games running flawlessly on my k2 PIII 800. I'm out of 8x6x16, and into 10x7x32 for good.
Things will only get better with dx8.1 final and new drivers.
