Went And Watched Cloverfield.

I liked it. none of the girls that went with us did but all the guys that I know that have seen it like it. the only problem I really have with the movie is what makes it so good.

I would recommend watching it.

It looks interesting, but I'll probably wait for a rental.

Speaking of which, I rented Resident Evil: Extinction today, and even though it's an enjoyable popcorn movie, it starts off way better than it ends.

Quite good in my humble estimation.

It was good... it's worth the watch, but not a movie I would probably see again because theres no really point to watch it a second time...theres not enough action for me to see it twice, and the camera shaking is way over the top.. I mean people bitched about Transformers but damn, this movie just took it too another level.

LOL! That adds the realism of the movie. How could they not do this for this type of movie? I agree a few scenes were pretty confusing and got pretty dizzy.

The trailers spell out what the movie is about and what kind of movie it is, I just find if funny that people go into it and come out dissapointed expecting something else.
I thought for what the movie was intended to be, it was quite awesome.

Just got back. It's good. It's nothing too complicated - big f**kin' thing tears Manhattan another asshole. But that's like saying the movie signs is about an alien invasion of earth. It's true, but it's the unique perspective we get on the events that makes it interesting.

Like Signs was about an alien offensive through the eyes of a Pennsylvania farmer, Cloverfield is a monster rampage through the eyes of an everyman with a camera at a going away party. Load up on the Dramamine, but it's certainly worth watching.

I love you. Finally someone that understands it what I've been saying.

Cloverfield was never meant to be a Godzilla destroy manhattan movie. I don't recall seeing mathew brodrick anywhere in this film.

Saw it on Friday night with my lady and both of us agreed it was pretty much the most intense movie we've ever seen. I absolutely loved the way it was made, the whole handheld aspect to me was what really made it so intense. I highly recommend that if you want to watch it, watch it in theaters.

My friend saw the new Bean movie and said it was good, and guess what it wasn't. Sometimes our friends have crappy taste.

LOL...I took my daughter to that movie on the recommendation of a coworker (who swore it was the funniest film he'd ever seen). Needless to say, I will NEVER listen to that person's opinion again. That was the biggest pile of garbage I've ever walked in to. If my daughter hadn't been there, I'd have walked out after the first 5 minutes. (still should have)

Guess I need to go see Cloverfield this weekend.

I heard it wasn't so much the big monster to fear... but the body lice it was carrying.

By the way, Signs sucked.

Sure it had good acting, and great cast. But Aliens who dissolve in water wouldn't invade a planet made of of 70% of the stuff. Shit, all that preacher had to do was turn on the sprinklers in his cornfield.
