Valentine's Dinnar

Instead of going out for Valentine's dinner my girlfriend and I decided to make dinner.

On the menu:

London Broil
Mashed Potatoes
Sautéed veggies
Salad with mandarin oranges with strawberry vinegarette dressing

vegetabebles

Salad dressing was made from scratch by my lady (strawberry vinaigrette)

I'm impressed

I would have cut the peppers long way for a better appearance or julienned them instead of leaving them rings. The potatoes look a tad stiff.

Other than that you get style points and yummy points. good jerb!

I just got through cooking some ribeyes on the grill and steamed some zucchini and yellow squash together.

Used this to season the meat https://www.southernflavor.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=15&Itemi d=47&mosmsg=Thanks+for+your+vote%21

most excellent if you put it on a moist piece of meat and rub it in.
