Baldur's Gate
Hey guys,does anyone own the original BG?It got really good reviews and i want to buy it.What do you think about it?It only costs $10.

Its very long, but if you like RPGs, you will love it. Great music, scenery etc.

Get it. Play it. Then get BG2 and be completely overwhelmed by it. The sequel is ten times better than the original, and I loved the first one!

OH! Outstanding game!! I played a bit of Dungeons and Dragons during my adolesence so when the PC adaptation of a D&D game came along, I was all for it. It turned out to be an awesome, lengthy, fun experience. The story is very intriguing (turns out your character is the offspring of a god's avatar)and the scenery and various locales are pretty cool.

Bloody good game, that.<br />However, i find it quite hard to get into myself. I get up to the mines, and then after that I just cant be bothered going any further. You need a lot of time on your hands.
BTW> I find it quite hard to get my characters to become very good. Is there any way that I can get them much better?
