Really strange, SC will sit there loading, and if I open up another window and go to another site, it loads pretty much at full speed... SC will just keep loading really slow.....

I agree... it takes between 10-15 seconds to open a thread. It seems like (I can't think of the right term atm so I'll use .jpeg analogy) like the thread want to open all at once vs. progressively too. Unfortunately this mean when I open up 4 threads on my lovely 56k it could take up to a minute before I get to read them. I'm sure I could get the time down but I like the WYSIWYG features.

One more oddity... When the thread page stalls it will kick back in if I right click anywhere on the page and finish opening. Dunno...

If you are on dial up, do you have the WYSIWYG enabled...

Testing the difference between WYSIWYG and standard.... gained me a net increase of zero seconds. It's the dang 56k

And if I open like 7 threads at once (shift + left click), they will hang for a good minute (black screen, just the SCMB3 logo) and then appear all at once instead of one at a time...

It's only with that that I notice any slowdown. Replying and anything else is fast...
